The poster session will run from 18:00 - 19:00 Wednesday.
The poster easels will support a poster up to 30 inches x 40 inches
(approximately .75 meters x 1.0 meter).
The size of your poster must not exceed these dimensions. All
material must be prepared prior to the poster session.
Be sure to use only the space specifically designated for your poster.
Your space will be marked with the poster title.
If possible, please mount your poster on heavy cardboard or foamboard.
If not possible, the conference will provide heavy board to mount the
poster and stand it on the easel.
Posters should be set up between 8:00 and 9:00 AM on the first day of
the conference (Wednesday, June 1). Posters should remain up until the
end of the poster session, at 7 PM, at which point the easels will be put
away for safekeeping. Materials left behind after the end of the
session may be discarded.
The poster session begins at 18:00 on June 1. You are not be required
to be present the entire time the poster is displayed, but please be
present for the poster session, which will run until 19:00.
You may want to provide a sign-up sheet or envelope for business cards
so that attendees who cannot speak with you in person can request
reprints or further information.
The title of the poster and list of authors and affiliations should be
prominently displayed across the top (at least 1.5 inches high). There
should be a logical flow to the presentation. If necessary, consider
using numbers or arrows to help guide the reader.
You should bring your own mounting materials (push pins, thumbtacks or
velcro). Some mounting materials will be provided, but only a limited
supply will be available.
